I have known Josh now for some years now. I don't trust just anyone with my car but I have no concerns taking my BMWs to be serviced by him. He is up front and honest; this means a lot. I live about 55 miles from this shop and pass quite a few to get there but in the end, it's worth it.

Josh replaced a rear door window motor and replaced a window strip for under $475, and he had me on my way in 30 minutes. The window motor repair alone would have cost the same price at the dealer. My wife and I have used Josh for about 3 years for our 2005 325i since moving to Austin. I have had misc work done, oil changes, fluid changes and also had a leaking head gasket replaced. He always provides clear options and an objective opinion. Bottom line: His service is good, prices are fair, and I have never had to return the car because something was not done correctly. That said, I did have to return one time when I realized I put his laptop power supply in my briefcase :-) He took that in stride.
