Located in Cedar Park, Texas, Lindsey Bimmer Service is a trusted independently owned automotive repair shop specializing in European vehicles, such as BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche. Founded in 2009 by Josh Lindsey, the business began humbly as a mobile repair operation focused solely on BMW’s before settling into its first brick-and-mortar location in June 2010. As the community grew, so did the demand for expert European auto care, leading Lindsey Bimmer Service to expand into its current, larger facility in September 2016 and begin servicing a broader range of European vehicles. 

Today the shop is still proudly operated by Josh Lindsey, alongside the shop manager, Haleigh Reel, continuing its mission to deliver dependable, transparent, and high-quality automotive services. What sets Lindsey Bimmer Service apart from others is its commitment not only to technical excellence but to genuine honesty and customer trust. Our team understands that European vehicles can carry higher maintenance and repair costs, which is why we work with each customer to create realistic, thoughtful, and proactive repair plans – helping keep ownership enjoyable rather than overwhelming.

Our team brings together years of dealership training, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for European vehicles. Each technician contributes specialized knowledge and a commitment to honest, high-quality service, ensuring every customer receives the attention and expertise their vehicle deserves.

Josh Lindsey

Owner, Operator

Josh trained with and worked at BMW of Austin from 1998 to 2009, then opened Lindsey Bimmer Service. Josh has owned over 30+ European vehicles since getting into automotive repair.

Haleigh Reel

Shop Manager

Haleigh has driven several BMW models since 2013 and has worked with Lindsey Bimmer Service for over 5 years.

Ryan Reamer

Shop Foreman, Automotive Technician

Ryan trained with and worked at BMW of Austin from 1999 to 2018 leaving his position of Senior Shop Foreman and Technicial Advisor. Ryan has a total of 32 years in the automotive industry and was an Instructor at UTI-Austin for 2 years.

Wil Vandiver

Automotive Technician

Wil attended factory BMW training in 2007 while working at BMW of North Houston. After completing training, Wil moved to Austin and worked at BMW of Austin from 2008 to 2015, where he then entered into the independent shop system. Wil joined Lindsey Bimmer Service in 2023 and currently has 17 years experience with BMW.

Justin Porter

Automotive Technician

Justin's first vehicle was a 1994 BMW 325i (E36), which eventually led his interest into working on BMW's. Justin attended BMW STEP in 2017 and worked for both BMW dealerships in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington. Justin and his family moved to Austin in 2023 and continued his BMW journey with Lindsey Bimmer Service.
